We offer Free Shipping within the Continental United States, which only includes the "lower 48 states". Free Shipping is fulfilled by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the size, type, and cost of your order.
3. Shipping Outside the Continental United States
We offer competitive shipping rates Outside the Continental United States, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. Territories.
4. International Shipping
We offer competitive international shipping rates. Please email us sales@mostlytoner.com prior to placing an order destined for an international address.
5.. United States P.O. Box Limitations
We will not be able to ship certain orders to United States P.O Boxes. Please email us at sales@mostlytoner.com prior to placing an order destined for United States. P.O Box.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If there is any issue with your order related to shipping, please contact us at sales@mostlytoner.com within 24 Hours. We will do our best to remedy all issues, but you may be required to contact or communicate with the carrier. We reserve the right to accept refunds and/or returns on all orders processed on the site, for any reason.
7. Return Shipping
If a Return is approved and the items are required to be returned to Mostly Toner, we will issue a prepaid shipping label via the email address used to place the order.
