This Return and Refund Policy describes how www.mostlytoner.com (the “Site” or “we”) fulfills our Return and Refund obligations after receiving your order from the site. After reviewing this policy, if you have additional questions, want more information about our Return and Refund practices, or would like to make a complaint, please contact us by e-mail at sales@mostlytoner.com.

2.       Mostly Toner Guarantee - Toner, Drums, Kits, Accessories, and Parts
Due to the nature of our "Imperfect Box Business Model", we offer a 1 Year Mostly Toner Guarantee on the operational functionality of all toners, imaging drum, maintenances kits, accessories, and parts purchased on the site from the date of shipment delivery at the destination address specified during order placement. Operational functionality is defined as actual discrepancies during the use of the product, ghosting, leaking, unreadable chips, broken parts, etc. This does not include cosmetic damages to the box, customers ordering the wrong toner, or no longer needed purchases. 

3.       Mostly Toner Guarantee  - Ink and Surplus
Due to the nature of our "Imperfect Box Business Model", and the expiration dates of ink cartridges, we do not offer a Mostly Toner Guarantee on any ink product, or any item marked surplus product in the title and description. Please email us immediately upon finding any discrepancy with an ink or surplus orders. and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Please note, we hold sole discretion to accept or deny any return or refund request.

4.       Mostly Toner Guarantee  - Other Items  
Due to the nature of our "Mostly Toner Business Model", we offer a variety of products outside of the printing consumable category that have customized Return and Refund Policies depending on the item. If an item has a special Mostly Toner Guarantee, it will be identified within the product description. 

5.       Return Request and Approval
Please email us at sales@mostlytoner.com immediately upon discovery of a discrepancy with your order, please include your name and order number within the title and body of the email. Please note, we hold sole discretion to accept or deny any return or refund request. If you have any questions about the Return and Refund eligibility of a specific product, please email us at sales@mostlytoner.com.

6.       Return Shipping
If a Return is approved and the items are required to be returned to Mostly Toner, we will issue a prepaid shipping label via the email address used to place the order. You will be required to drop the package off or arrange a pick-up from the carrier for the package. For more information related to Return Shipping, please see our Shipping Policy

7.       Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued via their original payment method within 72 Hours of processing the return or within 72 hours of Mostly Toner receiving the returned item, depending on the type of Return approved. Please note we issue all refunds in a timely manner, however financial institutions may cause additional delays. If you do not see a transaction post with 5-7 Business Day after receiving your Refund Confirmation email, please email us at sales@mostlytoner.com.
