Question: Do you offer free shipping?
Answer: We offer free shipping within the Continental United States (CONUS), also known as the "Lower 48". We offer competitive shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the other U.S. Territories. Question: What payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, etc.) and most wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal, Venmo, etc.) on our website. We also offer direct payment methods and mechanisms for registered customers such as ACH, Wire, Check, and QuickBooks Payments.
Question: Are you an authorized Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partner or reseller?
Answer: We are a third-party grey market reseller and are not associated with any OEM at this time. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. All company, product, and service names used in this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, trademarks, and brands does not imply endorsement.

Question: Do you use HP Contract Style or Business Boxes to fulfill orders?
Answer: We use separate Product Listings for any HP Contract Style or Business Boxes that we might sell, as well as separate Product Listings for the older Blue and White Style Retail HP Boxes.
